No5 is a business based in Reading, Berkshire that provides face-to-face counselling services for young people in the Reading area.

Replacing an old site that had been created in MS Publisher, Ozbon created a new website entirely in CSS and PHP, including a database-driven "Directory" for local services.

This was very well received, both within Number 5 and with its clients and contacts, and enabled Number 5 to build up an ever-growing number of contacts. It also acted as a reference for people so that if they came to Number 5 looking for help on a certain subject and couldn't find it, they could usually do a search on the Directory and find a relevant reference in another agency. In addition, any searches that came back with no results were recorded, and a report generated on a monthly basis so that Number 5 could continue to add contacts for places where people had initially had no results, thus improving the Directory on a regular basis, and in response to demand from customers.
